1. Non-Disclosure & Blueprint Confidentiality
We treat all architectural blueprints, engineering drawings, project specifications, addenda, and bidding schedules submitted through our website, email desk, or cloud transfer as strictly confidential.
- Drawing files are accessed solely by assigned quantity surveyors and estimating quality control leads.
- We will never sell, publish, share, or disclose your plan files or takeoff data to competing contractors, suppliers, or third parties.
- We readily execute custom Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request for sensitive commercial, institutional, or government tender projects.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit a request for an estimate, we collect the following business information:
- Contact Information: Name, business email address, company name, and contact phone number.
- Project Metadata: Project title, geographic location (city, state, zip code), bid submission deadline, and required trade scopes.
- Drawing Assets: PDF blueprints, DWG files, specifications, and client-supplied pricing parameters.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your business and project information is used exclusively to:
- Prepare and deliver formal scope reviews and flat-rate estimating fee proposals.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and calibrate labor and material costs against local regional indices.
- Communicate scope clarification questions (RFIs) and deliver finalized Excel and PDF packages.
- Provide post-delivery revision support and answer bid-day leveling questions.
4. Data Retention & Security
We employ industry-standard encryption protocols during file transmission and secure cloud storage. Completed project files and deliverables are archived securely to allow you to request scope updates or re-orders. You may request the complete deletion of your files from our active archives at any time.
