Alaska DOT&PF publishes highway standard specifications alongside standard modifications and special provisions, and retains earlier editions on its specifications page.
Send the exact contract edition, project-specific provisions and bid item list. Reconcile excavation, aggregate and pavement measurements with the supplied payment descriptions. Show any conversion from measured volume to quoted purchase quantity explicitly. Freight, staging, temporary facilities and delivery windows require project or vendor inputs; a remote address is not evidence of a particular barge price.
