Trace a changed occupancy or system replacement to the issued drawings; do not assume it makes every existing component a new purchase. Yes. Reconnection, protection or relocation may be shown even when no new equipment is bought. Supply the scope and condition information so those costs are visible and suitability is left to the designer.
